I have a 5 step approach to cultivating a more creative life and releasing yourself from any creative blocks.  These 5 steps include cultivating more playfulness, letting go of perfectionism and shame, embracing your authenticity, nurturing your inner child, and creating helpful routines and habits. 



The 5 steps of Creativity Cultivation:

Playfulness

Studies have shown that play and a playful demeanor increases our creativity. There are actionable ways to add more play and flow into your daily life.

Inner child

Children are by nature extremely creative.  As we age we learn to quiet that voice and criticize our creativity. Learn to look within to find the same creative spirit we had has children. 

Perfectionism and shame

Shame and perfectionism gets in our way and stops us for being vulnerable and taking chances.  Learn how to move through both of these so you can tap into your best creative self.

Routine and habits

This does not need to be a rigid routine, but rather setting up systems in your life that allows you to access your creativity and pursue creative desires, with little fuss.

Authenticity

Authenticity is leaning into your true self.  Stop copying
other people's work and really lean into the creative
projects y​ou are meant to make.

My 1:1 creative coaching package will take you through these 5 steps. The coaching package is 6 sessions in 3 months.
